If you opt-in to allow us to pass on your information to other selected veterinary suppliers we may pass on you contact information to relevant companies within the Veterinary industry that we hope will be of interest to you.

How the information is collected from you through the website

For modules that Vetacademy provides online tutorial support then the tutor(s) will have access to your progress on those modules in order to work out the best way to guide you through the module and to enable you to reach a pass for that module.

If you are part of an organisation that is supporting its own employees on the Vetacademy then a specified person from your organisation will be given access to to your progress on those modules in order to work out the best way to guide you through the module and to enable you to reach a pass for that module.

If you contribute to discussion forums on the Vetacademy learning management system (LMS), your email address and/or username will be revealed to other Vetacademy members.

How can you amend your personal data?

If your personally identifiable information changes, please contact us and we will correct or update personal data accordingly Under The Data Protection Act 1988 you also have a right to ask for a copy of your information and to correct any inaccuracies. Such a request must be made to us in writing. We reserve the right to make a small administrative charge for this service.
