What is gender reassignment? This course will help to answer this question and consider the Equality Act 2010 in respect to this protected characteristic. This course explores what an employer and an employee can do to prevent unwanted discrimination. We also consider genuine occupational requirements and how these can apply across a number of circumstances. The Gender Reassignment course also outlines what to do if you feel that you or someone else has been discriminated against in order to resolve the issue.
